Using Unreal Engine and Google Maps 3D Tiles, we created a multitude of virtual drone shots and renders.
GeniusXR has created a VR app for Ivanhoe Cambridge to showcase real estate assets interactively. This app features a digital avatar narrator, a VR menu with a real estate asset library, and realistic 3D fly-throughs using Google Maps, Cesium, and Unity.
It integrates fly-throughs with street view tours, enhanced with music, narration, and informative bubbles. Video renders created with Unreal Engine offer immersive drone tours.
The app, compatible with Oculus Quest Pro, Quest 2, and Quest 3, aims to create digital twins for Ivanhoe Cambridge's real estate assets, highlighting VR's potential in real estate.
